gsr swapped ef several problems HELP LOL!!
ok so i put a 99 gsr into my 91 ef hatch. i have motor running but it runs like sh**. i thought i knew all the stuff i needed to for the swap but i guess not so here goes my list of problems. throwing code 4 10 and 14. i have tried switching the iat and iac around and i believe it got rid of the code 14, tried a new iat sensor still got that code and were the hell is the crank position sensor? is it the magnet next to the crank gear? if so do i have to plug that into my jumper harness? or is it in the dizzy and im loosing my mind? one more problem i have the swap shop racing 4 to1 header and it sits about inch and a half off the ground which header is recomended for gsr swapped efs, cuz i really dont wanna role a lifted civic.
what ECU are you running? and the "magnet next to the crank gear" is the crank position sensor it isnt in the dizzy, and youll have to shop around for a header
sounds like your gonna have to break out the fluke and start checking continuity. if you dont know how to do all that, either learn quick or sell the car
