Default ENGINE SWAP ISSUE PLEASE HELP

I recently swapped a GSR motor out of a 95 integra into my 99 civic hatch and am having an issue with the crank position sensor code. I am running the obd1ecu with a jumper harness. Car runs fine for about 15 min or until I get on it then cel comes on it it goes into limp mode. How do I fix this problem since the obd1 motor doesn't have the sensor by the crank pulley?

The sensor around the crank gear is called the CKF (Crank Fluctuation Sensor). You stated that you are getting a CKP (Crank Position) code... which makes sense because an OBD-1 ECU doesn't have the CKF sensor circuit anyway. Your problem is in the distributor. First, check your wiring pin outs and verify continuity from the dizzy back to the ECU plugs. Do not leave out your jumper harness or your dizzy adapter if you have one. If you have an aftermarket distributor, like from Auto Zone, Advance, O'Reilly's, NAPA, etc... consider it suspect.

Good luck.
