OK when i try to crank up my car the engine wont turn over, the distributer makes a kind of clicking sound but thats about it. So could anyone tell me what they think the problem is.. the obvious answer is the distributer so is this correct?

Distributor or starter? Sound like you don't have enough power. make sure your battery is fully charged.

It takes a lot less juice to power those lights compared to a starter.

Like he said ^ check the battery first. Use a multimeter or take it to an autoparts store they do it free. Then post back with your findings.
