Default n/a h23vtec accord 1/8th mile street tires

stock cams
motor specs
h22a1 block
f22 crank rods
jdm h22 pistons
kings main rod thrust washer kit
nippon std piston rings
stock head with mild port by me
also performed and did lap job on valves saved alot of money and felt good doing it myself
h22 stock intake manifold reworked with oem iab plate
70mm tb
ebay header with 3inch collector
3inch exhaust with morso spiral flow muffler to a 3inch flow sound muffler
450cc injectors
9lb flywheel
4 puck unsprung cluth
h23 casing with h22a1 gear set

the car was street tune in fl but the motor crank spun a bearing due to having a stock crank that was already warped to get fixed lasted almost a year. So i rebuilt bottem end again with same components but with a standard crank.

So basically the motor is running on a street tune done in florida by me just waiting on tuning supplies to come in and then i will retune. But these are the results i have so far.

u might have to really look to see some of the times on the slips. so bare with me.

keep in mind these are in a accord

these are the two best times notice the difference in the mph change

my intake system on the 9.17 pass is a 3inch cold air going into the fenderwell behind the lower front bumper.

break down of the 9.17 pass

60ft----2.25
330----6.0488
1/8th --9.1706
mph----78.95

sorry here is the 9.08 pass
and the 9.08 pass was with same intake but with a 3inch velocity stack. looking to go 8.80 at best with a tune when i get my tuning supplies.

i'll give the break down as it's kinda blurry.

60ft ---2.19
3.30----5.970
1/8th---9.085
mph----79.498

the vstack shocked the hell out of me
and this was on a different track it was pretty slick i really couldn't drive the car like i wanted b/c the car on my 1st and 2nd past spun 1st and 2nd gear really really bad so on my 3rd past preloading launching at 3000rpm feathering the throttle when i felt the car start to spin i shifted to 2nd gear at 6500rpm the tack went to 5000rpm then climbed to 7700rpm i grab 3rd gear and pick up my time slip and surprise it felt like a 9.50 pass. That fooled the hell out of me so i'm never going to that track again b/c of the shitty track prep past the starting line the other track is a whole lot better.

so what's the fastest anybody has been on true street tires not drag radial in a prelude accord chassis. as i'm lookiing to get in the 8's with mild port head and stock cams.

it's cb7 ex without power steering a/c but it's full interior with 12inch sub and 1700watt amp but the trunk is gutted that's it. i haven't done any other weight reductions besides a/c and power steering. and what kind of mph was he trapping that would say how much weight reduction he has done.
