Default Engine gunk and flush plzzz help....

Hey guys i own a 96 coupe d16y8.. The owner of the car before me had blown a head gasket on the motor but never took the oil and water mix in the radiator.. So all the gunk back up in the cooling of the motor and it keeps coming into the radiator and clogging it up... I clean it then 3 weeks later is there again.. What should i do to clean out the motor from all the gunk... PLZZZ i need help

drain ur coolant, fill radiator with water, get a garden hose, take off the top radiator hose, take off the radiator cap and start the car put the hose into the top radiator inlet , use ur hand to rev the engin a lil and the water will circulate , do this for 10 -15 minutes and once u think there is no more oil in your coolant system cut the car off refill radiator with coolant and bleed the coolantr system ....also wouldnt hurt to change the oil if it hasent been done yet

im going to try that today.. And yeah ive done my oil changes but the gunk is in the cooling system of the car..
