I am having the Cam Shaft Position sensor code pop up as soon as I start the car up . The dizzy was replaced a few weeks ago . Anything I should check/replace ? I have no idea where to go to fix this CEL.

I know what a "dizzy" is referencing. There's no distributor on a 7th Gen. Civic. They're coil on plug.

 

That sensor is part of the distributor. It can be tested by checking the resistance across its wires coming out of the dizzy. You'll also want to test the resistance of the its circuits leading to the ECU and check the valve timing.

 

Checking the wires out today and seeing if the connections are bad.
