Default Hamp oil filters

Short of going to Japan, does anyone know of any vendors in North America that are able to get the toyo roki Hamp oil filters (made in Japan). I'm not interested in the tennex Hamp oil filters (made in US).

TIA

Get the real JDM ones, steer clear of the HAMP oil filters made in the USA which are simliar to the OEM Honda ones.

not quite accurate. the us hamps are made by filtech, at least every single one i have seen has been. the jdm hamps are also a decent filter but ALL of these and oem are made to honda spec. the filtech made usdm filters are generally thought to be better than honeywell but most of that is due to the hatred of fram. every honeywell honda filter i've seen is blue, never green. i've also cut open these and the mobil 1 and k&n. the k&n are the best looking construction wise. from net articles they and mobil 1 also use the same media. at least similar. hamp and oem are basic paper filters.

Are the Hamp oil filters that much better than the oem filters? I usually just use the oem filter. If it is better, how does it compare to a k&n filter.
