in park it makes a weird sound like something spining and rubbing.. yet in reverse and d and in manual mode it shifts fine and doesn't make that noise.. any ideas.. i checked the fluid level its full and the fluid it clean.. its weird..

not sure what your problem could be...but the 5th gen prelude auto transmissions were **** boxes. to me though...it sounds as if something may be loose somewhere though.
