Ok well i just changed all the fluids and it seems like the trans is waiting a while to shift then shifts hard ... Dutring braking it will downshift and its really hard like it will jerk the whole car ... Could this be a sign of trans failure ...

Is there anything i can do ...

Never had an auto before and im swapping this to manual in a few months when i get my swap ... Any info will be greatly appreciated ...

are you sure you used ATF and not gear oil?.. they are very different fluids.. an auto tranny is very sensitive to the type of fluid you put in it .. just saying from past experience i had a tranny that was shifting hard so i did a flush and it was wayyy better... maybe you should flush it, rather than just changing the fluid.. also check the fluis level if it low it may do that
