this problem only happens sometimes when i take off in first from a complete stop and my car starts to shake like if the engine is going to jump out of the car but every other gear is great i have a 1.3 d15 y7 nothing big or fast thank you i hope someone can help

 

Sounds like you aren't using your clutch very smoothly. When you let it out fast it starts to buck because it's on the verge of stalling.

Check the spark plugs for signs of wear and see if any cylinders are worse than others.

 

i dont think its the clutch it doesnt buck it just like shakes i try to use the clutch as smooth as posible just to avoid that but sometimes it still happens

 

the clutch i just replaced the head gasket and the clutch is about 3 months old

 

Happens to my wife all the time. She clutches poorly/not smoothly. In her case she's giving it too much gas too soon. The whole front end shudders.

 

yeah try letting out the clutch slower. and at the same time keep the rpms high enough so it doesn't shake or buck lol.
