i own a 95 honda civic ex h22a. last monday i was driving down the road and my car started acting like it was running outta gas. it finally came to a stop and the car would not start. when i turn the key forward i dont hear the fuel pump kick on so i checked the fuses under the dash and under the hood. they are all good! so i checked the main relay and that is good too! so i figured it was the fuel pump so i bought a new walboro 255lph and threw it in. the car still has no power to the fuel pump. so im not sure what to look at now? the car isnt that old i wouldnt think my wiring is starting to go bad. and if it is wouldnt it pop fuses. any help here would be great! thanks.

I have a 95 civic EX and I am having the same problem. I was also driving and the car acted like it wasn't getting any gas. I have since tried many things. I have tried a new fuel pum, fuel filter, three different main relays, two other ECU's and another key switch wiring harness. I have also tested the main relay and it appears to not getting power from the key switch and the ECU. If anyone knows what else i could try please let me know. Thanks
Yes, I have. I have asked several people about this and no one has any other thoughts of what I should check. I don't have any other ideas of what to check for. I have two parts cars that i have taken parts and tried.
If both tabs have voltage, then next check whether the main relay plug gets voltage on both wires from those fuses.

Test fuse 24 with the key in ON(II).
Testing fuse 31 can be done with the key in the OFF position.
The corresponding wires for fuses 24 and 31 to test for voltage in the main relay plug are Blk/Yel and Yel/Wht, respectively.

Hate to dig up an old thread.I have a 93 ex that shut off after a trip to the store.I checked the main relay it's good but no power to the pump.So I checked fuse 31 and 24 both good.So checked for power at main relay.I have power on 31 yel/wht but no power with key on on fuse 24 blk/yel.So what do I check now?
This is an old thread but it's possibly the ECU. The capacitor on the ECU circuit board for the fuel pump priming circuit will deteriorate and give an intermittent problem for fuel pump priming. Borrow a known good ECU and try that.
