Default smoking.

Ok, I start my car and when i back up, there is a black coat on the ground. I believe the timing is off.

the motor is d15b2
239,plus thousand miles and still running

Please help me with some info, Thank you.

Also check compression.
Your motor is only and it would be no surprise if the rings and cylinders were starting to
wear.
Could also be valves.

Any tune ups lately?
Ever do anything like injector and valve cleaner?

No. I did an oil change and valve cover gasket about 200+ miles ago.
