Default oem piston rings and bearings

Why is it so hard to find an oem ring and bearing set. Maybe even oem gaskets? Does anyone have a link that they could post for me. 96 b18c in 2000 si. Was fun til it started using 2 quarts of oil every 50 miles.

I really so no reason for your attitude towards nsxter.

Even though you don't exactly deserve it now, I'll pass on a little advice I was given. Use your old bearings. They last 300k miles easily and they're either good or bad. If the motor isn't knocking, they're still good. Besides, it's actually better to use used bearings because you can make a bit more power.

For rings, NPR are cheap and they're OEM quality Japanese steel. Or Hastings, Teikoku (the company Honda gets their rings from) merged with Hastings. Or JE and several others sell good rings...they're just really expensive.
