A few days ago my windows started acting funny in my 96 ex, they stopped working and then i would open the door and they would miraculously work. I would then close it and it did not work. The next day they completely stopped working, along with the speakers. The locks did not work since i have had the car and the blue box for the locks will full of water i joke not. Keep in mind that the power mirrors are still working. HELP. Could the power lock box have anything to do with it?

 

Since the windows seem to work when sometimes with the door opening and closing, I'd probably start with that. I would probably check that harness that runs from the body to the door. I've seen it happen on a few cars here and there.

As for power lock box, not sure what you're talking about. If that control the doors too, I would also look into disconnecting that to help rule it out.
