Default I have another issue

So I'm officially stupid. Anyway, I tried to test the compression. I used an adapter on the end of my compression tester hose and somehow it got seized in one of the spark plug holes. I couldn't get it out. Like an idiot I thought hey if I put a little red locktight on the threads of this hose and screw it into the seized adapter I can probably just pull it out. Wrong. The adapter is so seized that it just makes the hose spin. This is an Actron compression tester. http://www.amazon.com/Actron-CP7828-.../dp/B00020BM28
So you can kind of see what I'm working with there. So all I have is a hose sticking out of the spark plug hole that just spins. Any idea's to get this out or is pulling the head going to be required? I don't know why I didn't put more thought into this.

try a long screw driver that you can put down the tube and turn it with the hose. it might jamb itself in the fitting and actually turn the fitting. this is funny but it sucks for you. i've seen it happen. even had a customer drive to my shop on 3 cyinders, open the hood and asked if that was good LOL. effin hose stickin out the plug hole

Yeah I can't believe I did something so dumb. I should have stuck the spark plug in there and lock tighted it so I'd have something to grab onto with a socket. While it sucks I know I'd laugh if someone else had done it. I should have known better than this. I just wasn't thinking.

No but I'm going to in a little bit. I'm trying to get a few things done in the house before I head back outside. I'm pretty sure if it comes out it will all come out. I don't think I will get the two pieces separated since I did put red lock tight on them. Every time in the past I've used it I've not been able to get them separated. I'm just not sure how in the heck this adapter piece got stuck in the head.

just a guess but what most likely has happened is that you have either A-never used anti seize or dont do so regularly, or B-your spark plug threads are starting to get stripped slightly and the messud up threads is what is holding your compression fitting threads from easily coming out. or both A and B. maybe youve been over tightening the plugs. when you get you adapter out use anti-seize on your plugs and run the plugs in by hand then take them out and look for aluminum shavings (parts of the threads) stuck in the anti-seize on the plug threads
