So I just bought a 92-95 obd1 dizzy and its not bolting up to my Y8. I need the 2 plug design like it has but the housing is different . What Dizzy do I need for the right housing ?. I could only get one hole to match up with the wrong dizzy !... Need this ASAP!!!

not sure on the dizzy question but i think someone makes a harness so you are able to use obd2 dizzy on obd1 harness. just my 0.2 but i think that would be way easier.

EDIT- probullay not the best place to buy but this is what i mean

You need one from a DX/LX or CX; non-vtec. Or if you have the Y8 distributor too, you could swap the guts from the new one into the old housing.

The housing was from a 2000 civic si , but the internals of it were from a '92

Pretty sure a B series dist. won't fit on a D series head.

any obd1/2 d-series will bolt right up with exception of D16Z6, D15B(VTEC), and D15Z1

c'mon man you were already told which dizzy to get in your other thread. you need a d15b7 or d15b8 dizzy. they can be found in the 92-95 civic cx/dx/lx or 93-95 del sol s

why would you go buy a 2000 civic si dizzy? regardless of the internals, the mounting flange is wrong as you have found out.

PS - 2000 Si is a b-series so im not sure why you are saying it was from a d
