A/C and Heater do not work after alarm install

Had my alarm installed. In the process my installer ripped out a bunch of extra cut wires from the alarm the previous owner had taken out. Previous owner also had the foglights hooked up backwards and the SRS disconnected.
Afterwards my HVAC controls do not work. The lights come on with the headlights but when you click the "HVAC buttons they do not light up. Turn the fan from 1-4 and nothing. Rear defroster nothing. All other accessories work fine. Checked all fuses under the hood and dash and they were good.
We took out the A/C/Heater fuse and double checked it was good. We then took it out and tested the power out and it 0 volts. We ran a quick jumper wire from that fuse holder to one of the other accessory slots that was getting power and voila it came back on.
So im thinking its that relay. Does anyone know where that relay is, part number, or a link or something? Im in Florida and desperately need A/C. Oh and on another unrelated less important topic my cigarette lighter is not getting power if anyone can help there. This car's wiring job is a nightmare. Its also running an OBD1 ECU if that matters not sure which one.

Its running a P28 ECU if it matters.
Can anyone just tell me where the A/C heater relay is located? I can go from there.

Was your 'installer' a shop or just some friends? If it was a shop, then they would be responsible for making your heater and A/C work again. Just going to have to trace the wires and make sure they arent' cut, ground out, or unplugged.

It was a shop. I was troubleshooting with them and am pretty sure its the A/C relay cuz like I said when you bypass the A/C relay the heater and A/C turned back on. They told me to take it to a auto shop and if it was a result of the install they would reimburse me. I did a search but could not find where that relay is.
Did the previous alarm have remote start? The climate circuits may have been interrupted with an alarm controlled relay. Ripping wires could break the circuit.
Was the climate control removed during the install and they just didn't plug the harnesses back in?

No he said he didnt touch anything with the climate control. We verified the fuses and plug-ins twice and everything is hooked up right. Im not sure if the previous car had remote start or not. When you take out the 7.5 amp "A/C Heater Relay" fuse underneath the dash, turn on the fan, and measure for voltage there is nothing there which is why I think its the relay but I have no idea where that relay is.

From the sound of it. It seems like he fried the fuse block. Check the fuses under the hood. I forgot what number it is but I will post it up later when I get to the shop. Anothor thing is that he could of depinned a wire to the fuse block by just grabing wires and not takking his time.

I checked all the possible fuses underneath the dash and under the hood. No blown fuses. I also swapped the two identical relays in the under the hood fuse box and nothing. I think those two relays were labled and "Condenser" and "heater" but I dont remember it was something HVAC related.

Those do not control the hvac. Those are relays to control the fans so they can have a high current to them. Please give me a email and I can send you a schem of the system.

Ok just tested my power mirrors and they do not work either. They were working fine before the install. Installer is telling me it was just a coincedence that all this stuff went bad right after the install. I bought myself a Haynes manual and am gonna study the schmatics to see if I can isolate what would cause all these problems. This is very frustrating. I dont know if the installer messed up or if the electircal systems was already all jacked up and this is the pin that broke the camel's back.
Ok just a quick update. Followed some of the steps in my Haynes' manual.
1. I connected a jumper wire on the terminals for the A/C clutch compressor. When I jumpered it I heard the A/C clutch click so I know thats good.

2. I checked the air condition low pressure switch. Its hard to see but its the plug with the yellow wire. It says to measure for battery voltage at the red/blue wire and I got like 5 volts which was odd I thought battery voltage was 12. It then said for Honda CRV it should read 5 volts so maybe the ITR is not listed in the Haynes manual. It also says for 2000 Integra not sure if there was a differecne for 2001. It also said if voltage is there measure contiunity and if its missing it could be that switch. I measured "open" using my cheap multimeter but I dont know if I trust it it jumps all over the place when I measure anything with resistance I need to go buy a real Fluke multimeter and not China crap

It says that specific fuse/relay box is blk/yellow wire under the dash so maybe I could trace that wire and see if its good. I have no idea if im on the right path or not.

Figured it out while putting in a new headunit. Headunit was missing 12v ignition supply voltage. Underneath the dash there was a yellow wire and white wire that were loose going into a terminal board box. Turns out white was for the A/C and yellow for the headunit. Also my power mirrors came back on to. What a relief!
