Default OBD code 41

ok so i know this topic has been started many times but i cant find an answer to this! now i have replaced the o2 sensor 2 times in the last 2 weeks with OEM replacement from honda! now i have already probed the wires from the ecu to the o2 harness and theres continutity.. also the exhaust has a good ground around the o2 sensor... so i dont know what else to look at. thanks alot guys!!!

also i forgot to mension i have a ls swap and a p75 ecu... if i cant get this fixed ill just burn a chip that wont look for the o2 heater...
