Default just installed a CC twin disc...

Okay so I installed my Competition twin disc and the pedal is hard as hell it is much harder then the stage 5 I just took out. I was told by the rep that the pedal was suppose to be comparable to the stage 5. Hows everyone else pedal?

mine is very hard to push in. but with that much spring pressure you will get that. i would rather have a firm pedal than a slipping clutch,.

My CC twin is great feeling suprisingly confortable pedal imo, way better than a heavy single plate. I like a firm pedal but not something so stiff as to make you feel like its a workout to drive. My old single plate was much stiffer and required a great deal more force to push the pedal than my twin. I will never go back to a single in my car now... although I am pretty much past the point where a single will hold up anyways.

the whole idea of a twin is to get the clamping force needed w/o having to increase the pedal pressure.

my exedy feels like stock. i cant say how the cc should feel.

Why not upgrade the slave?

i think it depends on how stiff it is since the swap. im not saying there is, but there may be an underlying issue.
