ACT Extreme with 6 puck disc users...how is your pedal pressure?
when pressing the pedal, does it start out kind of soft, and then suddenly get hard about halfway down? or is it a pretty linear resistance throughout the pedal range, maybe getting slightly harder as you press farther down?
mine pretty much feels like stock pressure until about halfway down when it suddenly gets much stiffer, and even has a few click sounds once it gets stiffer. feels like the catch point is really low.
I know this clutch is going to drive more like on/off rather than being able to slip it, but I havent gotten the car fully together yet to test. and Im wondering if the clutch feel I have after bleeding is similar to yours.

I've got the ACT Extream pressure plate with the 6 puck un-sprung disk & it's heavy the whole way down.
you may need to keep bleeding the thing, it normally takes a while to do, especially if there is a slight air pocket stuck in there.
oh & u shouldn't hear any kinda clicking while pressing or depressing the clutch pedal

ok cool. I bled it for quite awhile but might just keep going to see if it gets any better. And I think the click sound might be because I forgot to lube where the slave presses on the shift fork.

yeah l00bed up the cup on the shift fork and the ball on the slave and that seems to have fixed the wierd click noise. and I think my slave is leaking so that may be part of my problem. I didnt get a chance to bleed it again though, will do that tomorrow to see if I can get linear pedal pressure.

well my pedal pressure is no longer an issue, thankfully. bleeding it a few times thoroughly seemed to correct that.
And rather than starting a new post, Ill just ask here. Those of you using this clutch, how much power/torque were you able to get out of it before it started to slip? Im at a nice healthy amount of power right now but have a retune coming up this week and dont know if I should bother with a race gas tune.
