i got a set of rear disk brakes with the trailer arm assembly from a DA

can i use this set up on my EK?

yes, the 90-93 integra DA rear trailing arm assembly w/ rear discs will bolt-up to your 96-00 EK civic;

the rotors & pads can be sourced from any 90-01 integra (excluding itr)

you'll need rear disc brake hoses, the drum hoses are too short
