I am selling my 1989 Rt 4wd civic wagon. Its the 5 speed with SL version. The milage on the car is 165,000 and it goes up everyday. I do drive it daily as its my only means of transportation right now. Reason for selling I am picking up another car this week that I have been wanting for a while so I am just trying to get some money back for that. Heres a discription of the car. It was a one owenr car until I purchased it back in Nov of lastyear. Bought it from a lady out of Georgia. Car ran rough when I got her from a leaky headgasket. I replaced that and its been running great ever since. It does use alittle oil, but it dosent bother me. Transmission shifts like butter no grinds but does have that rough reverse noise like other Rt's are prone to have. The body is real straight, has a small door ding on the drivers back door. Its nothing major at all. Two small little dings in the hood, hardly notice them. There is a rust spot on the hatch and three or four little little bubbles coming up on the pass side rear wheel well. Car does have all the original RT 4wd wheels. Tires are missmatched but still have plenty of life left. Interior is nice minus the drivers seat. All the other seats are near perfect. No tears in the carpet or stains. Everything works on the car minus AC. Lady told me the compressor started making noises so her son cut the belt off. All it needs is the compressor and it will have cold AC. I have been driving the car fo 6 months now and its actually a very quiet smooth ride for the age. I really enjoy driving it, will hate to see it go. Car does come with some goodies. It has suspension techniques drop forks and rear lower control arms which dropped the car 1.5". Also a newly installed Bullbar from Japan. Lights are not hooked up yet but will be for whoever buys it, they do work also I checked the day I got it. It is what it is. I myself am still up in the air about it, so to each there own. I may take it off and sell it separately.

 

Take it off sell the car for 2500 and just sell the guard for 300

 

Ive got the gaurd for sale now so its already gotten alot of buzz on HCW.com so I imagine someone will buy it in the next few days.
