pepsi blue?? damn biters...my friend actually called them up and they were like...well there's tons of the same cars driving around?? wtf, yea right.

if i were your friend... send an email to thier webmaster... and threaten a lawsuit. if i remember correctly, it's a $15,000 fine PER occurance. consult a lawyer, and try to get something out of it.
IMO it is the same car.

This happend to one of the other members to. The thread is a couple of weeks old and I can't find it now His car was used in a matrix ad with out his permision

but the law is..according to what i know is that if you change it like 20% then its not copyrighting...even though its pretty much the same damn thing i'm sure their lawyers would win that argument

can anyone enhance the image off the pepsi website enough to make out the writing above the grille in b/w the lights? if it is the same as on your friend's car i would def. call a lawyer or at least ask for compensation. jville in the hizouse!
oh yeh, was that pic on aerotrends website or somewhere else online? if so, the option to take legal action would probably belong to whomever's website it was.

Everyone knows that his car....look at the position of the rims/ the IC and all the little details.....they stole the picture of his car and used it. Plain and simple.
