Default What else do I need for a 96 HB Power Door Conversion?

I am trying to swap, not convert, my 96 civic HB's manual doors to power windows/doors/locks/mirrors. I have a 1996 Civic hatchback DX with manual doors. I picked up a pair of 2000 SI Power doors with the wires cut, meaning no harness. What do I need to get in order for a "plug-n-play"? Any modifications needed? Please be specific. Thanks!

If I get a 99-00 floor harness, will everything be plug-n-play? I heard something about the power locks not working. Whats up with that?

If you have the SI doors with all power parts internal. All you need is the wiring! I strongly recommend getting the harness. It would make your life so much easier. But your still going to need to route the wiring to the doors. So your power internals have power going to them make sense? Do you have a chiltons manual or helms? This will give the the wire diagrams that you need.

Thanks for the reply, I am a complete noob please forgive me. I am planning to swap the doors as a whole. The SI Doors have all the parts inside. So all I need is a 99-00 EX/SI FLOOR harness and im good to go?

No worries we are all noobs at one point in our life! You said that there is no wiring in the doors correct? I would get the wiring harness that goes in the doors that has all the connectors for your power parts. That harness will plug into a connector in side the door by the door hinges. That will make things much easier. BUT you will still need power to the door. All your original internals in your doors are all manual so getting the power internals and door harness isn't going to automaticly give you power. You see what I'm saying?

I just examined my 00 SI doors. Everything inside the panel is connected, but all the wires are cut on the outside by the hinge. I'm going to need to splice the wires. Would a 96-98 4dr civic floor harness work for my 99-00 SI doors?
