Default Wierd sound.. scales w/ speed not acceleration?

I have a sound coming from the back right area of the car, the sound is a loud, humming type of sound, the loudness doesn't scale with acceleration or revving, only with speed, it's at it's peak around 45-50 mph. The sound is loud and steady, but does vary with speed. I can push the clutch in, and tap the gas and the sound stays the same, also when the clutch is pushed in, the sound continues.

Any idea are GREATLY appreciated!

Jack the car up into the air. Grab the wheel at 9 o clock and 3. Then grab it at 12 and 6. Wiggle it back and forth in these positions. If there is any play, its your wheel bearing.

It's just very inconvenient that the sound is coming from the same area as my exhaust is, it honestly sounds like i have a 4" exhaust on it whenever i get up to speed. I'll look into what you guys said, thanks
