Innovative 60a motor mounts vs 85a

I have a set of 85a motor mounts and they vibrate my car alot.
I was just curious to know if I downgrade the motor mount urethane inserts to a 60a would there be much difference in the overall vibration of the car?

my friend has 60a's and you can still feel them, but no where near as bad as 85's
