i would replace the front rubber lines to since they were just hanging there for a month. also while your bleeding the brakes check for leaks.

Make sure you have your brake fluid reservoir full, have plenty of brake fluid on hand, you will need to top off the reservoir

I always start the the wheel farthest from the master cylinder, so right rear brake, then left rear brake, then right front, then left front. The honda manual says to do it differently.

You will need to have someone pump the brakes for you while you bleed. Do about ten pumps on the brake pedal, keep your foot held down on the brake and open the bleeder valve. (Make sure you have a small clear hose on it so you can drain it and see the air bubbles), close the valve and start pumping the brakes again, I bleed each wheel a few times, make sure to keep checking the brake fluid reservoir and top off as needed

Here is the page from the Honda manual

u might have a thing called a hydro lock crack all the bleebers and let it sit for a couple hours thats called gravity bleed method. and the stud might be ur reason. dose it move it off of the brake booster?
