Default High flow Cat vs Test Pipe with O2 sensor fix

Is this more of a matter of personal opinion or is there hp gains involved?
Current setup it AEM cai, invidia n1 catback, just ordered dc sports ceramic header. Now to complete the puzzle...high flow cat or test pipe?

Cat removal does more harm than good on an Accord. Unless you have a large turbo, cat removal will do nothing as far as performance goes, but it will hurt you in the reliability department when your exhaust valves warp because they cool too quickly after shutting the engine off.

We'll I've read that the stock cat is restricting to the airflow and the car will perform better with a high flow cat or test pipe. Thanks for clarifying slomofo.
