My Turbo b18c1 Build-fuel system help
Ok so I have been building this motor for the past few months, The motor is done and complete i'm just getting ancy about it being done. From what I have been reading a walbro 255lph with STOCK fuel lines is good to 600whp??? I read some things that say it is and others that say it is not. I would like to hear People's first hand experience with them. I was going to go with a -8an feed line and use the stock return line, but i would like the car to be done. My goal is 450-500whp and be reliable without the motor leaning out.
My build,
Head:
b16 head
skunk2 springs and retainers
skunk2 pro cam gears
ctr cams
ported, polished
edelbrock victor x intake manifold
omni 70mm tb
Nsr Topmount-4"Dp
Fuel setup as of now
precision 1000cc injectors
golden eagle fuel rail
Bottom end:
b18c1
golden eagle sleeves
cp pistons 10:1-85mm bore
eagle rods
Itr trans w/ tilton twin disc clutch
ecu is a hondata s300 system
The turbo is an HKS hybrid, it was custom made and i do not know the specs off hand.
So the main question here is with my setup, will a single walbro be enough for my power goals? Obviously the motor will handle it, but im worried about a single walbro leaning out and not being able to put out enough fuel. If you have first hand experience of this or have a link (ive searched for an hour now) please chime in. Thanks in advance for the help guys!

Walbro 255, 1000cc injectors, and stock lines are perfect for your hp goals. A lot of people will just upgrade the wiring to the walbro to make sure it has the constant and correct voltage to be certain it is flowing the correct amount of fuel. People run a single walbro and lines up to and past 600whp. 450-500 is def safe. Personally I wouldnt go past about 550whp. Thats just me though.
Have you run a single walbro with stock fuel lines like that? I just wanna hear from people who have actually done it, not just read about it or had a buddy who's buddy has done it. I mean no disrespect by saying that though.

i know its a ID based chart but he states in a post #19 in the thread that the low fuel pressure data applys to other brand 1000cc injectors also

I decided that im not going to take the risk, ive talked to a lot of shops and they have told me that the walbro will not last when used with such high fuel pressure. Im going to run a full blown dual walbro setup. run -10an fuel lines for feed and a -6an return line so i can make some real power and have the peace of mind.
