Default 91 accord valve cover leaking oil

i noticed when i was replacing my plugs and wire the the front left of my vavle cover had oil on it going down some not really a leak but there was oil there and down some kinnda had a faint smell of gas on it to so yea do i just replace the gasket or what?

i would replace the gasket there and put a little dab of grey RTV permatex on the corners near the cam caps these are the 4 little 90 degree corners on the gasket you will see. however put the permatex on the head--not the gasket. then check the backside of the valve cover after you get it on to see that the gasket didnt fall out of place when you put it on. an inspection mirror works well for this but you might be able to see it without the mirror
