Q: What parts do I need to do an 01-03 to 04-05 front end conversion?

- A: You will need the hood, headlights (with brackets), grill, bumper, fenders, and radiator support.

Another tidbit from a different thread..

The only other thing is the fender bolt closest to the headlight will have to be relocated no matter what. Other then that pretty straight forward. I did mine in about 8 hours taking it at a nice easy pace.

To do this conversion you will also need to wire the headlights from single bulb to dual bulb. Just had to do this so I figured I would share the oe diagram and the conversion. For the conversion you will need to wire the red w/white stripe to the low beam, red w/blue stripe to the high, and the solid red, red w/yellow stripe (depending on side) to both (I used black for the common).

new bulbs and connectors are also required if you don't get them used with your headlights. they require 9005 for the high side and 9006 for the low side bulbs.
