ok so i did a mini-me swap about 3 weeks ago and ever since then my car has been running wayy to rich. when i leave first gear it will jump like it wants to stall out and also if i am trying to drive a constant speed while following somebody it will jerk. There is no driving at a constant speed for me, its either speed up or slow down. also i have noticed when i open the oil cap it smells the gas bad. I just need to fix it ASAP! Low gas mileage sucks!!! any help would be appreciated!

 

Check the head gasket.

Do you see any smoke while your driving?

Replace the fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulator, and make sure you installed all of your vac lines and IACV, MAP, and PCV are all installed correctly.

 

everything is new. and yes everything is hooked up correctally

 

what kind of ecu do you have?

 

You sure your timing is set correctly?

 

Any CELs? what ecu are you using?
out on a limb-could need a new basemap tune.

 

i have the stock ecu for the LX. but im going with the p28 in a few weeks

 

and yes timing is right on the moneyy
