Icon6 Help with power windows/lock conversion

I did mine last year and ever since I had problems. I installed everything OEM without any issues. The problem is, sometimes the power windows and locks don't work. It will be fine one day and the next, nothing would work. Would it be the module on the door or what could it be?

I had a friend with similar issues in her 5G because the driver's wire harness leading from the door had become damaged.

Mine is not damaged. I guess I need a new module, but does the module has anything to do with the power windows? I thought the module was for the locks.

These are 2 separate systems that don't have anything to do with each other. If they both work intermittently, they do share a Common Ground. Honda ground #551 which is located behind the drivers side kick panel. They might share power also. Check that and ALL your plug connectors for tightness. You can also replace under dash fuses even if they look good (cheap possible fix). Fuses underdash #10 & 11 front windows, #24 Pwr wndw Relay, and #13 (underhood) door lock Unit. I believe both the under dash and underhood fuse boxes have Identifiers in there as to which fuse is which. The Control Unit for the windows is built-into the master door switch. The Control Unit for the door locks is mounted in the drivers door. If neither the locks nor the windows work from time to time it probably ISN'T the Control Units. More likely a ground or power problem or loose/damaged/corroded plug connections.

Yeah, you need to perform some troubleshooting as per the Helms service manual. That will help you more than any of us guessing on the board here.

Just to update this thread, I found the problem. The connection between the door and the cabin was a little loose. Now it works perfectly.
