Default B16 turbo bogging need help!!!!!!

Alright well I got a b16 fully built thy has been running fine until lastnight. We ran it lastnight and it died! Vacume usually runs at-16 on idle and now it's at -6... That's not right. It's bogging bad and can barely stay alive..

We chaned out the spark plugs cause one if them blew.... I checked the cap and rotor and it seems fi e but the spark is sti not that great. The vacume lines have been checked and everything seems fine. It's not on safe mode anymore but why is it still running like that! I need hp ASAP!

Was wondering if perhaps a blown head gasket would be a possibility? It's my EK with the problem and thought it could be that aswell

Thanks man we'll check that asap! I sure hope it ain't the pistons but I was reading up that it could be but a compressions test should do it...

thats what i thought too, but i did a compression test and a piston was dead, so i figured it was something in the valvetrain, so me and a buddy took apart the head, and its a broken valve...

Ended up being a broken valve!!! Does anyone know where an if we can buy single valves since we don't want to replace the whole valvetrain?
