My '91 Si keeps blowing the fuse. I thought it was my stereo causing this, so I removed the amp/sub. The only major electrical component is my Compustar starter. It still lights up if the parking lights are on.
Any ideas where to start? Something simple like a bad bulb, or more complicated?
Thanks.

I'll have to re-check the horn wires again tomorrow since it was getting pretty dark.
I removed a connector beside the fuse box and it has some greasy residue on top of the wire harness and the terminals on the bottom. Is this normal?
