If you plan on reusing clutch/flywheel bolts, you will need 2 more flywheel bolts. D's have 6 and B's have 8. Almost 90% of the bolts will transfer over. You are going to need a half-shaft(and bolts) also and ECU

I know this engine swap inside out.

1. b20b/b4/z2 engine longblock
2. OBD1 ls intake manifold with fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator. Reuse your fuel injectors.
3. 94-01 integra ls throttle cable (20 bucks from the dealership)
4. 94-95 integra ls distributor
5. 94-95 integra ls throttle body with FITV
6. 94-95 integra IACV
7. Reuse the IAT sensor from your d-series
8. Any b-series header
9. Reuse your engine harness from your d-series engine. A few plugs will need to be extended.
10. hydro b-series transmission LS/GSR/SI/ITR (transmission to engine bolts are the same as d-series)
11. clutch and flywheel from any b-series 94-01 integra/92-97 del dohc vtec/99-00 civic si
12. flywheels can be reuse from your d-series or pick up a set of arp flywheel bolts for 50 bucks
13. half-shaft from any b-series 94-01 integra/92-97 del dohc vtec/99-00 civic si
14. B-series axles any b-series 94-01 integra/92-97 del dohc vtec/99-00 civic si
15. T-bracket from any b-series 94-01 integra/92-97 del dohc vtec/99-00 civic si
16. b-series transmission front mount any b-series 94-01 integra/92-97 del dohc vtec/99-00 civic si
17. If you have A/C, you will need a 97-00 honda crv ac bracket with tensor pulley (require for a working A/C)
18. A b-series power steering pump from a 94-99 integra, if you have power steering and want to maintain it.
18. You can send me your ecu and I can chipped with a LS map, therefore cutting out the cost of buying a 94-95 integra ls ecu.

325 for the engine
60 bucks for a full set of gaskets for the engine
50 bucks for a ls transmission with a broken ISB
20 bucks for a ls intake manifold
20 bucks for a ls throttle body
120 for axles
90 bucks for a bunch of misc parts

About 700 bucks total and I saved by not having to buy the ecu. I chipped my old ecu and tuned it.

Any b-series header you want. All b-series header's have the same bolt pattern.

You should be able to use any b-series header, just depends on what you want it to do.

Night and day differences with the amount of torque a b20 has at 2-4k rpm range.

Does the LS map run the B20 perfectly? What I mean is, it's a map designed to run a 1.8L, will it work just the same as the B20 map?

Just wondering, I'm not too knowlegeable about this stuff.

Most factory ecu's run rich to meet emission requirements. This extra fuel is prefect for the b20 with its extra .2L. Although a dyno tune would be better. I was lean due to my elevation.

Ej2tiger make sure your chipped ecu is loaded with crap load of fuel with all the sensors disable.
