Default lsv cooling issues

So i have a 94 civic coupe with a freshly built lsvtec put in it. the issue is that the car temp goes up to about 220 and then will go back down when the fan turns on. and will continue to do this as long as the car is running for extended periods of time. keep in mind its cool where i am rite now so heat is not a culprit.
i have blead the system countless times and i constantly get airbubbles in the system and when your hard on the car the coolant overflow bubbles over and the car really overheats . but here is the kicker i was told by someone that there is too much shaved off my head i think its something like 40 thou has been shaved off. because of that it is not allowing the head studs to be torqued down right because a stock dowel pin is too long and prevents the head from sitting flush with the block and the head studs cant do their job because they bottom out before they torque right.

also there is no coolant in the oil and no oil in the coolant

i am asking this question so someone can shed a little more light on this subject as i still am not totally shure if this is actually what is going on with my car.

thanks

if there isn't any coolant in your oil or vice versa then your head has a good seal with the block, so I don't think that the head being shaved off is your problem. Now if your car gets up to temp and then when the fans turn on it the temp goes down that sounds like your fans are not turning on at the proper time to keep your engine in good running temp. I would suggest may be switching your fan sensor or may be having the fan wired so it would turn on when you turn your car on. That should take care of the issue your having with the car. good luck
