Default Sealant- for steering rack guide screw

I need to a rack guide adjustment on our 05 TL. Unlike older Honda's, helms for this car says to use Loctite 5699 or Three Bond 1215, instead of good old Hondabond/ Permatex Ultra Grey. In other areas like the oil pan, it's Hondabond as usual. And in other newer cars like RSX, S2000, etc, helms just says use 'sealant' without specifying a particular one.

Anyone know if Hondabond is for some reason deficient in the rack, anyone used it and had it leak? Permatex Ultra Grey is available in any auto parts store. The Loctite stuff I'd have to order online. The tech sheets for both sealants looks very similar, so I'm left wondering Honda didn't say to use Hondabond there.

I would expect the Hondabond to be totally acceptable. I have yet to use it on something for any sort of sealing app where it didn't work. Only thing I can think of is possible incompatibility with honda power steering fluid
