Default h22 swapped civic won't start HELP

i have a 97 civic coupe with a 97 prelude h22 moter swapped. i had the car running for a while and when i put it away for the winter and now brought it out for this summer it won"t start. the car cranks, the starter is working and the fuel pump is working so i put in a new battery replaced the spark plugs and the rotor and cap but still the same thing is happening. it cranks but won't roll over. also the spark plus aren't creating a spark.

What is the resistance of the wires?

Have you tried a different dizzy?

Spark is deterministic on dizzy (and enclosed elements), wires and plugs. There are note many parts to replace.
