Default Replacing cam seal/plug

my 00 si is leaking oil.

Checked the dizzy, o ring is good

Replaced the vtec solenoid gasket

And still I have oil, so the only thing left is the cam seal/plug.

Now I have a few quetions.

First, which brand plug to buy, I see multiple when googlin, any recommendations? I know I'm not buying it from Honda.

Second, I found a decent write up on here about it, but it didn't have pictures. I'm certainly not a mechanic, but I'm pretty good with my hands and I like working on my car. But I do a lot better if I have pictures of to go along with the instructions. Any one have a better write up with pictures?

Third, the car has 145k on it and the timing belt was done around 105k. Should I replace the valve cover gasket, or just use some hondabond and call it a day. And does anyone have the torque numbers on the valve cover bolts?

Fourth, if you've read this far, thank you.

I've used a blox cam caps before and had no problems. They're like 10 beans on ebay.

I got S2 because the shop I go to had them in stock, wish I went with blox though. Its basically the same thing but like a third of the price. And personally I would replace the valve cover gasket just to be safe, and they are only like twenty bucks.
