Default D15b2 piston compression psi

I have googled, searched on here using both search and FAQ list and can't find what I am looking for. Does anyone have a link or good source where I can find the piston compression PSI of my motor (D15b2)? I find lots of tests that others have done for every motor but this one, and the Chiltons manual doesnt have any numbers, just how to do it.

I warmed up the motor, pulled the FI fuse, and checked dry with Cyliner#1 showing 125psi, #2 140, #3 140, #4 140. I added a little oil and they all went up about 10psi so obviously the rings or piston walls are leaking.

I just did a fresh rebuild with new head gasket and motor just runs weak. The plugs seem to get a little carbon burn on them when I rev the motor but if I clean them good and just run the motor at idle there fine. I just want to know if those psi numbers are ok or way off?

max. variation between cylinders = 28psi
