I have a few questions i cant ever seem to get answered in person and i fighred others might too so why not make a thread? ha but my questions are in wisconsin do you have to have your front plate on the bumper can it be in the front window and is it legal to not have a passenger side mirror?

You should be able to get an in-transit plate or temporary permit, then register the vehicle when you return to Wisconsin.

You can call (608) 266-2353, 24 hours a day to change your address on your driver license. See Change of address for information on change of address for your registration/license plates.
I just bought a vehicle from a private party "today" and now I want to sell it. Since the previous owner signed the title over to me, do I have to get a title registered in my name first, or can I just sign the original title over to the person who wants to purchase the vehicle?
You have to put the title in your name so sales tax is paid.
I want to transfer my title to my son. How do I do that?
See Applying for title and registration to download an MV1 form. No tax is paid if the transfer is to immediate family.
