Default first minime build....

i have a 95 cx hatch with the d15b7 i aquired a y8 head i am going to swap for a mini me set up. this is my first d build i have a few questions...

what timing belt do i run?

what headgasket do i use?

does anyone know of a write up of the y8 vtec wiring into obd1 ecu?
(i have searched and only found wiring them for obd2)

what cam gear is best for this set up?

is the 95 b7 block a 16 valve relief block?

and last but not least i am in search of a p28 ecu that hasnt been chipped and is in good working condition.

thanks in advance for the help.
