Issue about Engine Harness Integra OBD1 & OBD2

Issue about Engine Harness Integra OBD1 & OBD2
Hi,
I have a 1995 GSR integra OBD1 with a harness damaged, it is cut at the end with the 3 ecu plugs cut off. I need to know if a I can put a ODB2A 1999 LS Integra plugging it to the original OBD1 Engine harness or I need to change the Engine Harness to OBD2A too?
I will use too a OBD2 to OBD1 conversion kit to use a P28 ECU.
