Default HELP! CV Joint Replacement?

So about 2 weeks ago my drivers side wheel area started clicking when I turn the wheel, especially under acceleration. Ive been told that it is most likely a CV joint, does this sound right? If so, ive heard honda suspension can be quite a bitch to work on, is CV joint replacement any different?
Any helpful advice is appreciated.
