how do i know what axle goes on which side??

how do i know what axle goes on which side??

b16a swap to 90 si . witch axle do i use on the passenger side. one has a bigger rubber thing on the axle

the drivers side inner joint is splined all the way down because it slides into the halfshaft. the passenger side is only splined on the end because it goes into the tranny and through the diff.

also not quite sure were the spacer is i have to remove in order to fit my axles?not the dust shield on the knuckle

i mean i already removed the thing on the back of the knuckle with a scewdriver and im not quite sure what the other thing is that has to be removed, is it in the hub or on the axle itself?
