I have a 92 civic with a d15b... It wont rev past 2500 rpm. I have tried two different dizzy, both of which are practically new. its throwing codes 6, 8, 10, 14,16, 22. Did the same thing with my d16z6. I dont really think there is a problem with all of the things that it is throwing codes for. please help!

It could be the dizzy, like "BuilkdTheDream" said, it also sounds like the dreaded "limp" mode though. Are you throwing any codes on your stock ECU? If so fix those and get back to us. Let us know if/when you figure it out. Good luck!
