Default Transmission swap problem.

I Have a 92 civic si with a boosted D16z6. i just did a transmission swap to a DX tranny. Now my problem is. when i started the car after the swap i hear a weird chattering noise from the tranny. it only makes the noise when the tranny is not in gear. and everytime i put it in first and try to go the car stalls out on me. IMO i think it might be something with the throw out bearing or shifting fork. But i dont know. Any ideas?

ya i agree, you must have hooked up something wrong with the throwout bearing or shifting fork.

Yep, the ISB will make hella noise in gear. The throwout bearing will make hella noise when the clutch is disengaged.

Another vote for a bad throw out bearing.

Fail.

Did you read dude? He had an actual mechanic verify that it was his input shaft bearing (ISB).
