Default Car real choppy around 3500-4000 rpm, still no cel

Ok guys this is a continuance of my other issue of the car dieing after warming up. Since then I have changed the dizzy, changed IACV, rechecked the timing and that is good. Now when I drive the car it gets real choppy around 3500-4000 and cant really get it to go above those rpm's. Again I have no cel's. Any ideas what to check? Bad primary O2 sensor? Bad injectors?
