Default 99 Si (HELP)

ok guys so I recently turboed my car and got it tuned on e85. Sometimes in the morning before i start my car my CEL light is on and will not let me start my car unless I unplug my ecu and wait a few and plug it back in. Sometimes it happens while im warming up my car in the morning or while im drivng. Check engine will come on and car just dies untill i unplug my ecu and wait for a few. When the car is moving and the check engine light comes on the car will run untill I put it in neutral then it dies. Sometimes it can go all day without happening and sometimes it happens right away. Im using an S300 and have a b16a. Any info will be appreiciated. Thanks guys. Oh yeah If i take out my laptop and try to read the cel code it will either go away (ofcourse that always happens) or it wount read anything. If you guys need any more info let me know thanks.

Try jumping the service connector to pull the CEL code.

Also check the G101 ground wire on the thermostat housing. It may be loose or corroded.
